Tickets and Merchandise

Please note that tickets and merchandise purchased for SMFest Abuja 2025 are non-refundable. In case you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements for the transfer.

Sponsorship

Once your company agrees to become a sponsor for SMFest Abuja 2025, the sponsorship is considered final. Sponsorships will only be terminated after the event on October 18, 2025. However, the recognition of your sponsorship will continue as per the agreed sponsorship package, and your company will be promoted as outlined.

In the unlikely event that the event is canceled due to reasons beyond our control, we will offer refunds to our sponsors. These exceptional circumstances are rare, as we have taken all necessary precautions to ensure the event proceeds smoothly.

Event Promotions

As a sponsor, your company is free to promote your products and services at the event venue according to your sponsorship package. However, please note that all promotional activities must not interfere with the event’s activities or disrupt the overall experience for attendees.
