Ajah Excel is a team growth and performance expert with over nine years of experience in blogging and personal development. He is the CEO of Silicon Africa Technologies Limited - a fast-rising tech firm - committed to delivering top-notch technology solutions and human capital development to build global businesses. He is also the founder of Librancy, an e-learning “library” dedicated to building “literacy” in the world and Kiiky.com – a platform that works to solve the challenges of students and professionals locally and globally. As a student, Mr. Excel represented Africa in the World Youth Movement for democracy and was a finalist in the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards (GSEA) competition. He also led the team of regional finalists for the International Hult Prize competition - a Bill Clinton initiative in collaboration with the Hult Business School - in Dubai. In 2009, he led the world scholarship forum 4-man-team to victory in a Google Hackathon. As a serial entrepreneur with a vision to curb unemployment in Africa, he founded WritersGig - a unique marketplace that connects professionals to expert writers. He is the convener of Social Media Fest, an annual conference that provides ideas, exposure, and insights to help people and businesses understand how to achieve more with social media and digitalization. He is also the founder of The Entrepreneur Community and the co-organizer of TEDx Ikenegbu. Ajah Excel has a B.Tech in Information Management Technology with certifications in growth hacking, effective communication, leadership, team and personal development, to mention a few. Formerly named the Most Influential Student on Campus and the Most Enterprising Student, Arise Africa awarded him the Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2022.
