TriciaBiz is an Entrepreneur, Author and Business Growth Expert with over 15 years of experience working across a wide portfolio of clients in Nigeria, offering services ranging from business growth consulting, marketing penetration strategies and other core marketing across several sectors.
She is currently the Founder of Business Lab Academy Africa, a fast growing digital learning platform for African entrepreneurs and has successfully trained over 250,000 entrepreneurs in 22 cities across Africa.Prior to launching The Business Lab Africa, Tricia has worked with several multinationals which include GlaxoSmithKline, Unilever, Nokia, Coca-Cola and a host of others.
She is currently a faculty member at Enterprise Development Center (EDC).She has adept knowledge of traditional and emerging marketing channels, project management, pricing strategies, product development and sales techniques.TriciaBiz holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Literature from University of Benin, Masters in Public Relations, a Professional Diploma in Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of Lagos, Diploma in Social Innovation from the United Nations University of Peace, Costa Rica.In 2017, she was listed as an IVLP World Fellow after being selected to attend the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), a professional exchange program for emerging leaders funded by the United State Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs which seeks to build mutually beneficial relationships understanding between the U.S. and other nations.
She is also a Future Awards nominee and in 2018, was recognized as one of the 100 Leading ladies in Nigeria. In 2020 she was listed by We for good as one of the 100 women creating a better Africa, was listed by Yahoo Finance as one of the 10 marketing coaches to follow worldwide. Same 2020, she was also listed as one of the 50 women in Africa driving entrepreneurship and was also recognized by the Governor of Lagos state for her contributions to Entrepreneurship in the state and country at large. In 2021, TriciaBiz won the Exquisite Lady of the Year award as the Business Coach of the year.In 2022, Triciabiz was recognized by Career Women Africa as one of the Top100 career women in Africa.
She was also awarded as one of the Top 20 marketing coaches by Coach Foundation. Same 2022, Triciabiz was recognized as one of the 100 most impactful women by the Richer woman. She was also awarded an honorary doctorate degree in Marketing and Communications by Myles University in 2022.She was nominated as one of the Most Inspiring Ladies by Leading Ladies Africa, one of the Most Impactful Voices by ABCD Africa in 2023.

She has worked with renowned brands like Visa to build curriculum to drive impact for entrepreneurs.
