Submission Guidelines

Include your proposed session title, a compelling abstract (150– 250 words), clear key takeaways for the audience, and a brief bio highlighting your relevant experience.
Indicate your preferred session format—Keynote (30–45 mins), Deep Dive Workshop (60–90 mins), Panel Discussion (45–60 mins), or Lightning Talk (10–15 mins).
All proposals must be submitted by July 31st, 2025.
Proposals will be evaluated by the SMFest Content Committee based on relevance, originality, clarity, and speaker expertise. Shortlisted candidates may be invited for a brief interview. All applicants will receive final notifications by September 4th, 2025.
